Training is now being held at our home ground, Silcock Reserve Croydon, until season completion. Training starts at the published time, so please be ready to start as soon as possible.
Preseason training will involve strength, stamina and skill training. Please bring boots appropriate for the training activity and a bottle of water. Grass runners may be most appropriate for training grounds during the summer months, as normal runners insufficient grip on a harder surface. No stubs may be worn on this ground at the current time. Shin pads are not required for training.
During summer months other community groups have dedicated use of our home ground. Training may be moved to an alternate site if required.
