Training is typically held at our home ground, Silcock Reserve Croydon, until season completion. Training starts at the published time, so please be ready to start at that time.
Preseason training will involve strength, stamina and skill training. Please bring boots appropriate for the training activity and a bottle of water. Grass runners may be most appropriate for training grounds during the summer months, as normal runners have insufficient grip on a harder surface. No studs may be worn on the ground during summer months. Shin pads are not required for training, but the coaches like you to 'train as you play'
During summer months other community groups have dedicated use of our home ground. Training may be moved to an alternate site if required.
